Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface disinfecting Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously Maintain cleanliness of common areas in hotels or other hospitality settings, ensuring high standards of housekeeping management Follow safety protocols during janitorial tasks to prevent accidents and ensure proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment Document completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning Strong understanding of sanitation practices and janitorial procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to handle laundry operations efficiently and effectively Experience with hotel housekeeping management or custodial roles is a plus Familiarity with cleaning tools, equipment operation, and safety regulations Join us to make a tangible difference in the cleanliness and comfort of our clients' environments!
