Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, hallways, and bathrooms using commercial cleaning techniques and equipment Conduct janitorial duties including trash removal, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold hygiene standards Maintain flooring through buffing, stripping, waxing, and other floor care procedures to preserve appearance and safety Assist with custodial tasks such as window cleaning, carpet cleaning, and industrial cleaning projects as needed Engage in residential painting or minor touch-up work to maintain the facility's aesthetic appeal Follow all safety protocols during cleaning and maintenance activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations Skills Proven experience in cleaning services such as janitorial work, custodial tasks, or commercial cleaning environments Ability to perform residential painting or minor repair work when required Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment Ability to work independently or as part of a team while adhering to safety guidelines Join us in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where residents feel cared for and valued.
