Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and efficiency, with a focus on delivering exceptional service in a hospitality setting. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common spaces. Manage housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, polishing, and maintaining carpets. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Uphold high standards of cleanliness in accordance with company policies and procedures. Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and well-maintained. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations within the housekeeping department. Skills •will train the right candidate• Proven experience in custodial or housekeeping management roles is preferred. Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and best practices. Familiarity with floor care processes and equipment operation. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff. A background in hospitality is a plus, enhancing the overall guest experience.
