In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, providing exceptional customer service to clients, and creating a pristine environment that promotes health and well-being. Your attention to detail, positive attitude, and proactive approach will contribute to a superior experience for all who visit or reside in the spaces you care for. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to ensure a spotless surface Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to uphold health standards Manage residential or commercial cleaning tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and scheduling Experience Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial background preferred Experience with hotel housekeeping or hospitality industry is highly advantageous Skilled in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures Knowledge of laundry processes and equipment operation Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Prior experience in hotel or hospitality settings enhances your suitability for this role
