Room Attendant

Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming floors, and replenishing amenities to uphold cleanliness standards. Perform detailed cleaning of bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and fixtures, ensuring they are spotless and hygienic. Maintain public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms by conducting regular janitorial tasks to keep spaces inviting. Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and staff. Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and maintain safety standards. Follow established health and safety protocols during all cleaning activities to protect yourself and guests. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to uphold the highest levels of cleanliness. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial work or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering thorough cleaning services. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move around for extended periods during shifts. Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes. Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues effectively. A positive attitude with a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
