Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints. Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms. Qualifications Minimum one year cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred. Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding. Knowledge of proper chemical handling. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
