Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper / Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and cleanliness of short-term rental properties. This role combines hands-on housekeeping with light property management responsibilities to ensure each home is guest-ready, well-maintained, and operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Housekeeping Duties:
Perform thorough cleaning of properties between guest stays Launder and restock linens, towels, and supplies Conduct detailed inspections to ensure high cleanliness standards Report any damages, missing items, or maintenance issues Maintain organized cleaning inventory and notify when supplies are low Qualifications Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience required (short-term rental or hotel preferred) Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties Basic knowledge of home maintenance issues is a plus Strong communication skills and professionalism are essential Preferred Skills Experience with short-term rentals (Airbnb/VRBO) Ability to identify and troubleshoot minor maintenance issues Work Schedule Flexible schedule with availability for weekends and holidays as needed Turnover-based workload (peak days may vary) What We Offer Please note: Pay is per turnover
