Six (6) months of cleaning experience preferred
Required Screenings:
Drug Testing/Screening; Background Checks (Local/State/Federal) as far back as 5 years; Drug Free Workplace.
Job Description:
Ensure customer satisfaction through service Scrape food/trash into designated waste receptacles from dishes Wash dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils by hand or place them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine Safely and properly store all glassware, plates, and table utensils Ensure floors are always kept swept and dry, use caution signs when needed Remove trash, recyclables, and waste oil and discard in proper receptacles Deep clean and maintain all kitchen areas, counters, walls, cooling and storage, and always keep sanitized and organized Store food using the FIFO method Complete daily maintenance of dishwasher equipment and report any deficiencies to the supervisor Assist other team members during peak times Ensure that the equipment, tools, and materials are handled in a safe manner Steam or hose clean trash cans
Work Environment:
Indoors/Standing/Uniforms; Will be discussed with applicant.
