Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture, following established protocols. Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and service corridors to ensure a pristine environment. Perform floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness in all areas. Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, linens, and minibar items to ensure guest needs are met promptly. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to management for swift resolution. Follow proper cleaning procedures using appropriate equipment and eco-friendly products to promote sustainability. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including infection control standards and OSHA guidelines. Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred; industrial cleaning or janitorial experience is also valuable. Demonstrated ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation enhances your effectiveness in this role. Strong understanding of hospitality principles with a focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence. Experience managing multiple cleaning tasks within tight schedules is advantageous.
