Oak & Palm Cleaning Co. is a new locally focused residential cleaning company serving Valrico, Lithia, Fishhawk, Brandon, and Riverview. We're building a small, dependable team and looking for people who take pride in doing excellent work. What you'll do Clean residential homes using a consistent cleaning checklist Perform kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and common-area cleaning Vacuum, mop, dust and clean surfaces and fixtures Travel between customer homes within our local service area Communicate clearly about completed work or problems encountered in a home Treat customers' homes and belongings with care and respect What we offer $20

•23 / hour as a W-2 employee Predictable hourly compensation rather than commission-based pay Paid training Weekday daytime work No regular nights or weekends Mileage reimbursement for required work travel between customer homes Opportunity for additional hours as our recurring customer base grows What we're looking for Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team Able to perform the physical requirements of residential cleaning Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to travel between homes in the Valrico/Lithia/Brandon/Riverview area Professional and respectful in customers' homes Able to pass a background check Residential cleaning experience is helpful, but not required.
