Job Description:

Royal Palm Commercial Cleaning is growing, and we're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented associate who enjoys a mix of indoor and outdoor work. This is a varied, hands-on position — perfect for someone who likes staying active, working independently, and having different types of tasks throughout the week. You won't be stuck doing the same thing every day. Our team supports a mix of residential homes, short-term rentals, commercial offices, and community properties.

What You'll Be Doing:

Cleaning residential homes and apartments Short-term rental (Airbnb/VRBO) turnover cleanings Office and facility cleaning (restrooms, breakrooms, common areas) Clubhouse and amenity center cleaning Light outdoor work (blowing walkways, wiping outdoor furniture, light grounds upkeep) Pay & Perks /
