Position Overview:

As a Cleaning Technician, you'll be the face of Harbor Tile & Carpet Cleaning, ensuring every customer interaction is positive, professional, and leaves them feeling valued. You'll work directly with clients, handling carpet, tile, upholstery, and pet accident cleaning while providing an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients. Communicate clearly with customers about the cleaning process and answer any questions with confidence and care. Perform professional cleaning of carpets, tile, and upholstery using state-of-the-art equipment. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing expert recommendations for maintenance. Tackle pet-related cleaning challenges with skill and a smile. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of equipment for every job. Keep detailed records of services provided and customer interactions. Be a friendly and reliable representative of Harbor Tile & Carpet Cleaning.

Required Qualifications:

Exceptional customer service skills

• a friendly, professional appearance and demeanor is a must!

Strong communication abilities—you should enjoy interacting with clients (and their pets) to make their day better. High attention to detail and a passion for creating clean, refreshed spaces. Ability to lift and maneuver equipment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Cleaning experience is a plus but not required—we'll provide thorough training!

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role such as hospitality, retail, or service industries. Experience handling customer inquiries and providing solutions in real time. Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment is a bonus, but not required. Why Join Us?
