The first part of each day will focus on household management, transitioning to childcare in the afternoon and evening. Responsibilities Household Duties (11:30 PM - 2:30 PM) Laundry, including washing, folding, and putting away clothing Organizing closets, playrooms, and common living spaces Maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the home Light housekeeping and daily household upkeep (a professional cleaning service visits weekly) Helping keep children's items, toys, and supplies organized Other household tasks that help the home run smoothly Childcare (2:30 PM - 7:30 PM) Caring for two toddler girls after school/daytime activities Planning engaging, age-appropriate play and activities Preparing simple meals and snacks for the children Assisting with the evening routine, including dinner, baths (if needed), and bedtime preparation Creating a safe, nurturing, and positive environment The Ideal Candidate 2+ years of previous experience as a nanny, family assistant, or housekeeper in a private home Loves working with toddlers and understands their developmental needs Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Takes pride in maintaining a beautiful, well-functioning home Warm, dependable, and proactive Can comfortably balance housekeeping responsibilities with childcare Safe driving record and relaible transportation AT Least 25 years of age ( no students ) Position to begin as soon as family finds the right fit.
