Job Description
Job Summary Crestmont Cleaning is a growing residential cleaning service serving North Atlanta — Duluth, Smyrna, Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Roswell, and surrounding areas. We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented independent contractors to join our team and take on consistent cleaning jobs in your area. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You set your availability, we send you the work. We're not looking for just anyone — we're looking for our star player. Responsibilities Perform residential cleaning services including Standard, Deep, and Move-In/Move-Out cleans Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces to a high standard Arrive on time and communicate with our office before, during, and after each job Take before and after photos of every clean and upload them through our app Bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment to every job Treat every client's home with professionalism and respect Requirements Reliable transportation to job sites across North Atlanta Ability to travel up to 1 hour from your location Own cleaning supplies and equipment Smartphone (we use BookingKoala app for scheduling) Valid driver's license Authorized to work in the United States Strong attention to detail and time management Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required — we will train the right person. What We Offer Starting pay $25-30/hr Weekly direct deposit via Stripe Consistent, recurring work — not just one-off jobs Flexible schedule — you choose your availability Performance-based raises after 30 days Supportive team that communicates clearly and pays on time This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You are responsible for your own taxes and insurance.
