In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas throughout the hotel. Your dedication to cleanliness and guest satisfaction will help create a positive experience for every guest. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in the hospitality industry while contributing to a professional and guest-focused environment. Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Clean and maintain bathrooms, replenishing towels, toiletries, and other guest amenities. Ensure all guest rooms, hallways, elevators, and public areas are clean, organized, and presentable. Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items to the appropriate department. Restock housekeeping carts and supply closets with linens, cleaning products, and guest amenities. Follow established hotel cleaning procedures and sanitation standards. Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns. Assist with laundry operations as needed, including washing, folding, and organizing hotel linens. Maintain lost-and-found procedures according to hotel policies. Adhere to all safety, security, and hospitality standards while performing duties. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial services, custodial work, or a related field preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
