Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in a hotel setting. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Housekeeper will ensure that all areas are kept clean, organized, and welcoming for residents and guests. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of hotel rooms and area surrounding desinated assigned rooms, includes but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens, towels, and other items as needed to maintain cleanliness and freshness. Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to ensure all surfaces are well-maintained. Carry out custodial duties such as trash removal and restroom sanitation. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as necessary. Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Proven experience in hotel housekeeping cleaning is preferred. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to providing high-quality service. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the day. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests. Flexibility in working hours may be required based on the needs of the facility or clients.
