Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring an exceptional experience for every visitor. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to meet high standards of hygiene and presentation Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and minibar items to ensure guest needs are met promptly Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, elevators, and stairwells in accordance with established protocols Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate department for prompt resolution Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe environment for yourself and guests Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning equipment and supplies Assist with additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support overall hotel operations Skills Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles, preferably within commercial or hospitality settings Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality in cleaning tasks Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within designated timeframes Good communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating with team members Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety protocols necessary for effective custodial work Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Join us in creating memorable experiences by providing spotless spaces that guests love!
