We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming community. Position Summary The Housekeeping Associate plays a vital role in promoting resident health, dignity, and comfort by ensuring all areas of the community are clean, sanitary, and well-maintained in accordance with community policies and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices Clean and maintain floors, carpets, windows, and furnishings Follow proper infection control procedures and sanitation guidelines Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with community policies Report maintenance needs, safety hazards, or supply shortages promptly Assist with laundry services as needed Interact respectfully and compassionately with residents, including those with memory care needs Qualifications Previous housekeeping experience in healthcare, senior living, or hospitality preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout the shift Commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for residents with dementia or memoryrelated conditions
