Maintain high standards of sanitation by properly cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques. Care for floors through specialized floor care procedures including buffing, polishing, carpet cleaning, and stain removal to keep surfaces looking their best. Manage custodial tasks such as restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and ensuring all areas are tidy and organized. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally while respecting their privacy and preferences. Follow safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment at all times. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial background preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards. Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Experience in hotel housekeeping or housekeeping management is a plus. Familiarity with cooking or light meal preparation can be an added benefit for some roles.
