Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure a spotless environment Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures that meet health and safety standards, utilizing appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and polishing to keep surfaces pristine Manage outdoor work responsibilities such as patio or porch cleaning and outdoor surface maintenance when required Use manual handling techniques safely when lifting heavy furniture or moving supplies to prevent injury Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and deliver exceptional customer service throughout each visit Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles, with janitorial or custodial experience preferred Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation best practices Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, mops, and buffers Ability to handle cleaning supplies responsibly while adhering to safety guidelines for cleaning detergents and chemicals Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes Physical capability for heavy lifting and outdoor work activities as needed Excellent client communication skills with a friendly attitude focused on customer satisfaction Join us in creating clean, comfortable homes where clients feel valued and cared for!
