Housekeeper & Guest Experience Specialist Everlake Nature Escape | Covington, GA About Everlake Nestled on 110 acres of beautiful Georgia countryside, Everlake Nature Escape is a luxury glamping resort designed to help guests disconnect from the stress of everyday life and reconnect with nature. Our cabins, private lake, hiking trails, and peaceful atmosphere create unforgettable experiences—and our housekeeping team plays one of the most important roles in making that happen. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in creating exceptional spaces for our guests. Position Summary As a Housekeeper & Guest Experience Specialist, you'll help create the first impression our guests have when they arrive. Every cabin should feel spotless, inviting, and ready for someone to make memories. This role includes cabin cleaning, laundry, inventory management, and helping maintain the beauty of the property. You'll work closely with our operations team to ensure every guest enjoys the high standards Everlake is known for. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean guest cabins between stays to Everlake standards Make beds and stage cabins to create a warm, welcoming experience Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, porches, and outdoor spaces Wash, dry, fold, organize, and inventory all resort linens and towels Restock guest amenities, toiletries, coffee supplies, and cabin essentials Inspect cabins for maintenance concerns or guest damages and report them promptly Assist with general cleaning of common areas, office spaces, and guest facilities as needed Help maintain organization of housekeeping storage areas and supply inventory Follow all health, safety, and cleaning procedures to maintain a clean and sanitary environment Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Occasionally assist with additional operational tasks as needed to support the guest experience What We're Looking For Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and strong work ethic Exceptional attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Previous housekeeping, hotel, resort, Airbnb, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required, we're happy to train the right person.
