What You'll Do:

Perform professional cleaning of residential and short-term rental properties (Airbnb, move-out, deep cleans, etc.) Follow checklists and quality standards for each job Work independently or in small teams Communicate clearly with dispatch and clients when needed Maintain supplies and report any issues promptly

What We're Looking For:

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong attention to detail and time management Positive attitude and good communication skills Cleaning experience preferred but not required — we'll train the right person Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
