Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, and high-touch areas regularly Care for floors through sweeping,carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to ensure a pristine appearance Manage custodial tasks including waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is maintained properly Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and professionally Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for all occupants Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, sanitation standards, and laundry processes Familiarity with custodial equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, mops, and disinfectants Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling as needed Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial management is a plus Join our team to create clean, safe environments that leave lasting positive impressions!
