Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and an understanding of the importance of cleanliness in the hospitality industry. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance. Change bed linens and towels, restock supplies as needed, and ensure all amenities are properly presented. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Assist in deep cleaning tasks as required, including industrial cleaning projects or special events. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management when supplies are low. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required. Knowledge of hospitality standards and practices is a plus. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and floor care methods is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
