Your Duties:
Clean residential homes top to bottom — kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces Handle office spaces, post-construction cleanups, deep cleans, and rental turnovers as assigned Follow our cleaning checklists to deliver consistent results every time Complete each job thoroughly within the scheduled time Keep in touch with the team throughout the day Stay responsive on your off days in case of scheduling updates or last-minute changes Treat every property with care and professionalism
Requirements:
Prior hands-on cleaning experience is required — this role demands someone who already knows what a thorough clean looks like and can deliver it consistently from day one. If you have never cleaned professionally before, this is not the right fit at this time Daily access to the internet, a mobile phone, and a reliable vehicle Must be comfortable driving up to 45 minutes to 1.5 hours on occasion for job assignments — longer drives are occasional, not the norm, and we're always open to a conversation if a drive feels like too much Able to speak and read English Comfortable communicating with clients in a friendly, professional manner Able to bend, kneel, lift, and stay on your feet throughout the day

Monday-Saturday Working Hours:
8:00 AM - 8:00 PM please note this does not mean you will be working a 13-hour shift. These are the time frames in which cleans are scheduled throughout the day. Your actual jobs will fall somewhere within that window based on your availability and the day's schedule. Some days you may have a morning job, some days an afternoon job — it varies. You will always know your schedule in advance. Sundays available for those who volunteer We are actively booking new clients across the Northern Atlanta area.
