In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring an exceptional experience for every visitor. Your energetic approach and commitment to excellence will help uphold our reputation for outstanding service and hospitality. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities. Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms by disinfecting fixtures, replacing towels, and restocking toiletries. Ensure all floors are cared for by sweeping, mopping, and performing floor care tasks to keep surfaces spotless. Restock supplies such as linens, towels, toiletries, and minibar items to meet guest needs promptly. Report any maintenance issues or damages in rooms or public areas to management for swift resolution. Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a hygienic environment for guests and staff. Assist with deep cleaning projects and special sanitation tasks as required to uphold health standards. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial work, or industrial cleaning is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout shifts. Familiarity with hospitality industry standards or housekeeping management experience is a plus. A positive attitude dedicated to delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining high cleanliness standards.
