Responsibilities Carefully press silk and wool fabrics using professional pressing equipment to achieve smooth, wrinkle-free finishes Follow specific garment care instructions to preserve fabric integrity and appearance Inspect garments for any defects or irregularities before pressing, ensuring the highest quality standards are met Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pressing area, including proper handling of cleaning supplies and equipment Assist with basic laundry and dry cleaning tasks as needed to support overall garment maintenance Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing excellent service and addressing any special requests or concerns Accurately process transactions involving cash handling and cashiering duties when required Skills Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is highly desirable, demonstrating strong customer service skills Knowledge of dry cleaning, laundry processes, and fabric care techniques for delicate textiles like silk and wool Excellent attention to detail to ensure garments are pressed flawlessly without damage Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Ability to operate professional pressing machines safely and efficiently Strong cleaning habits to maintain a hygienic work environment Effective communication skills to interact with team members and customers confidently
