Job Summary The Production & Logistics Data Operations Specialist is responsible for managing and analyzing performance data related to production, logistics, and customer delivery systems. This role ensures accuracy in cost closing, oversees customer return processes, and maintains efficient data and communication flow between internal departments and customer systems (EDI). The specialist also supports MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) procurement to ensure timely supply of materials and services critical to production. Key Responsibilities Customer Management
- Analyze customer (OEM) requirements and establish sales strategies, quotation submissions, and pricing management
- Develop sales strategies through analysis of customer (OEM) and market trends
- Manage customer requirements and internal/external business issues Sales Activities
- Lead quotation preparation and negotiations for RFQ responses and bidding participation
- Establish order-winning strategies in collaboration with related departments (Design / Development / Production Engineering / Quality / Finance / Planning, etc.) Purchasing Activities
- Establish supplier operating structures and sourcing strategies
- Select suppliers through price negotiations and cost analysis
- Review supply chain operations, manage risks, and establish a stable supply system
- Discover new global suppliers and promote localization to diversify the supply chain Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Business-related fields
- Ability to communicate in business English Preferred Qualifications
- Strong business English communication skills
- Experience in sales and purchasing functions (cost calculation and customer management)
