Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic House Cleaner to join our team and help create spotless, welcoming environments for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential spaces, ensuring every detail meets high standards of sanitation and comfort. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to a superior customer experience, making homes shine and clients feel truly cared for. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens Maintain cleanliness of appliances and fixtures; ensure all surfaces are sanitized and dust-free Provide excellent customer service by respecting clients' preferences and addressing any special requests or concerns promptly Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies responsibly to promote a safe working environment Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining high-quality standards Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures Ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor Familiarity with housekeeping management practices and custodial responsibilities Basic cooking skills are advantageous for assisting with light meal prep or kitchen tidying when needed Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, comfortable homes!
