Duties Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and trash removal. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health standards are consistently met or exceeded. Operate various cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning detergents safely and effectively. Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces and floors using appropriate methods like mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, or polishing. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service while managing schedules efficiently through effective time management. Qualifications Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial services is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with cleaning detergents and equipment operation is essential. Ability to perform light lifting safely and handle manual tasks with proper technique. Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
