Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeper, where your attention to detail and passion for cleanliness will create welcoming, pristine environments for our guests. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and comfort throughout guest rooms, public areas, and staff spaces. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas following established standards Change bed linens, replenish supplies, and ensure all amenities are well-stocked and presentable Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain a spotless appearance Handle waste disposal and ensure all areas are free of debris and clutter Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them promptly Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe environment for colleagues and guests Assist with special cleaning projects such as deep cleans or industrial cleaning tasks when needed Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is highly preferred Familiarity with cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials in hospitality settings Knowledge of floor care methods including carpet extraction and tile polishing Experience with custodial or industrial cleaning practices is advantageous Strong understanding of hospitality standards and guest service expectations Previous experience managing housekeeping tasks or supervising team members is a plus but not required Join us to deliver exceptional cleanliness that elevates the guest experience!
