In this vital role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and comfort across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your dedication ensures each guest experiences a spotless, comfortable stay that exceeds expectations. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas efficiently and thoroughly Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish amenities to ensure guest comfort Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and perform detailed floor care to maintain pristine surfaces Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning products in designated areas Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, elevators, and other public spaces with attention to detail Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hotels or similar environments Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors Familiarity with hospitality standards and guest service expectations Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks efficiently using appropriate equipment Excellent custodial skills with an eye for detail and thoroughness in cleaning routines Experience managing housekeeping tasks or supervising housekeeping staff is a plus Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts while maintaining high energy levels Join us in creating memorable stays by delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort!
