Duties Perform residential cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures to ensure a spotless environment. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures efficiently across various surfaces and areas, adhering to safety standards. Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners with skill and care. Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items for clients. Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or equipment safely and effectively. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor spaces when required, including sweeping walkways or patios. Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide excellent customer service. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred; janitorial or housekeeping management experience is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning detergents, surface cleaning techniques, floor care, and sanitation standards. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks regularly throughout the shift. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients. Outdoor work experience is advantageous for roles involving exterior cleaning tasks. Pay:
