Housekeeper

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and an understanding of hospitality standards. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure high cleanliness standards are met. Conduct floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces as needed. Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas to ensure availability for guests. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Assist with special projects or deep cleaning tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and moving items as needed. A commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
