Shift:

8 hour shift Weekly day range: Monday to Friday, Weekend availability This position reports to the Environmental Services Director. Park Springs is currently seeking a professional for the role of Housekeeper, who possesses the ability to attend to our facilities with kindness, integrity and attention to detail. The Housekeeper is responsible for a variety of cleaning activities and expected to create a clean and orderly environment for our Members. This position will be based at Park Springs in Stone Mountain, Georgia.

Position Requirements Essential Job Duties:

Provide basic housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, cleaning windows and bathrooms Possess ability to be flexible and adapt to changes in assignment tasks Communicate effectively to perform work assignments Stand for prolong periods of time while working Work effectively and intendedly without constant supervision Follow procedure, instructions, and protocol Display a positive teamwork attitude Perform any additional duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience as a housekeeper, custodian, etc. Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance Prioritization and time management skills High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Experience working in a healthcare, retirement housing, or assisted living environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS

Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. independently. Must be able to stoop, bend, stretch, and squat to access files and various documentation May be exposed to high and low temperatures Must be able to walk and/or stand for 60% of the workday.
