The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service in a hospitality environment. This role is essential in maintaining the overall appearance and hygiene of our facilities, ensuring that guests have a pleasant and welcoming experience. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Manage housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces. Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the facility. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or items as needed. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping management or similar roles within hotels or hospitality settings is preferred. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and colleagues.
