We service Residential, Short Term Vacation Rentals and Commercial Properties. While our office is located on Tybee, we also service many locations in the Savannah area. Duties and Responsibilities Provide high- quality cleaning services, ensuring completion of all arrival or departure cleaning tasks. Provide prompt follow-up if cleaning problems are reported by inspectors, guests or owners. Discover, document, and communicate all maintenance, condition, or safety issues to operations immediately. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Secure all keys/passes issued, as well as all keys left in homes/lock boxes.

Requirements:

Must pass a background check. Must have one's own reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Must have good physical fitness and health. Must be dependable, ethical, have good communication skills, a positive attitude and take pride in one's work. Ability to follow instructions, organize time and supplies, and pay attention to detail. Must have a personal smartphone. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must be able to work a varying schedule to include weekends and holidays. Must supply one's own vacuum and it be approved by us. If you pass the Training Period you'll never have to wait a year for a raise. Higher income is available immediately.
