Tenacity Maids LLC is looking for an experienced Independent Cleaning Contractor in or near Tybee Island, GA to join our cleaning team.

Independent Contractor We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has previous Airbnb or vacation rental cleaning experience Is detail-oriented and takes pride in their work Can consistently meet cleaning deadlines, especially on turnover days Has reliable transportation Can follow detailed cleaning checklists and instructions Can provide quality before-and-after photos Is dependable, professional, and responsive Has experience working independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:

Clean and prepare Airbnb/vacation rental properties between guests Complete bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, and common areas thoroughly Restock supplies when needed Report any damages, missing items, or maintenance issues Take clear before-and-after photos Clock in and out using our scheduling system Communicate promptly regarding availability and completed jobs

Requirements:

Previous professional cleaning experience, preferably Airbnb/vacation rental cleaning Reliable transportation Ability to work independently Availability for turnover cleans, including weekends when needed Strong attention to detail and reliability W-9 and Certificate of Insurance (COI) preferred/required Compensation $15-$17 per hour , depending on experience and the property.
