Job Description
Overview We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Houseman to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this vital role, you will be the backbone of maintaining a pristine, welcoming environment for our guests and staff alike. Your energy and attention to detail will ensure that all areas of the property are spotless, well-organized, and ready to provide an exceptional experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-standard hospitality setting where cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction are paramount. Duties Perform thorough cleaning duties across guest rooms, public spaces, and service areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and presentable Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques to preserve their appearance and safety Assist with hotel setup and breakdown for events, conferences, or special functions to support seamless operations Support housekeeping management by restocking supplies, organizing linen storage, and managing cleaning schedules Conduct routine janitorial tasks including trash removal, window cleaning, and restroom sanitation to uphold hygiene standards Support industrial cleaning projects as needed, utilizing appropriate equipment for larger-scale maintenance tasks Ensure all custodial activities adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments—hotel experience is highly valued Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and cleaning equipment operation Background in industrial cleaning or custodial work demonstrating reliability and attention to detail Experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment Join us and be part of a team dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences through meticulous cleanliness and exceptional service!
