Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' specific cleaning needs and inquiries professionally. Conduct floor care activities including carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and applying appropriate maintenance techniques. Manage janitorial tasks such as restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly maintained. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including scheduling or coordinating cleaning routines for optimal efficiency. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is highly valued. Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and proper cleaning techniques across various surfaces and materials. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, carpet extractors, floor buffers, and laundry machines confidently. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly approach to interacting with residents or guests. Basic cooking skills are a plus for maintaining overall household or hospitality cleanliness standards. Attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
