- Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeping team member to ensure our guests experience a spotless, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, contributing to the overall guest satisfaction and operational excellence of our hotel. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and recreational spaces. Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment for floor care and industrial cleaning tasks. Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and supplies in guest rooms and public spaces. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing janitorial and custodial duties.
Skills:
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles.
Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, waxing, and carpet cleaning. Experience working in hotels or similar hospitality environments preferred. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and custodial practices. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality standards. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced settings. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward guest service.
