What You'll Do:

Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary environment Support hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of housekeeping staff Partner with Maintenance and leadership to address facility needs promptly Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Work alongside staff to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and efficiently Conduct routine inspections to maintain quality and regulatory standards Participate in leadership meetings and provide department updates Promote infection control practices and safety protocols throughout the facility

What You'll Bring:
