Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furnishings to meet high standards of cleanliness. Perform floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall floor appearance. Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, towels, and minibar items to ensure guest needs are met promptly. Maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces by cleaning surfaces and ensuring they are inviting for guests. Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly. Report maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the management team for prompt resolution. Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Qualifications Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is highly preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and use of industrial cleaning equipment. Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering exceptional cleanliness standards. Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated shifts. Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and customer service principles is a plus. Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift moderate loads as needed.
