We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to clean guest rooms, maintain cleanliness throughout the hotel, and provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows hotel cleanliness standards, and helps ensure every guest enjoys a clean and pleasant stay. Duties Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards. Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and guest amenities. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, sinks, and toilets. Vacuum carpets, sweep floors, and dust furniture and surfaces. Replenish toiletries, towels, coffee supplies, and other guest room items. Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and missing room supplies to management. Follow assigned room schedules and complete cleaning tasks on time. Maintain cleanliness in hallways, housekeeping areas, and other assigned spaces. Follow proper procedures for lost and found items and report them to management. Follow hotel safety procedures, cleaning guidelines, and Holiday Inn Express brand standards. Experience Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience preferred. Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and able to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform routine lifting as required. Willingness to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
