Full Job Description Job Purpose:

The Housekeeper at Endeavor Hotels is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and tidy environment for our guests. This role is crucial in ensuring guest satisfaction by providing a welcoming atmosphere and upholding the high standards of cleanliness and service that our hotel is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing to ensure all rooms and public areas are cared for and inspected according to standards. Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards, including changing bed linens, making beds, and replenishing towels and amenities. Address guests' queries and requests promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service to enhance their stay. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff. Adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel policies to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for guests and colleagues. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient room turnover and maintain the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Manage guest requests and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring a satisfactory resolution and enhancing guest experience. Assist in the inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained. Participate in training sessions and meetings as required to stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and standards. Uphold the hotel's commitment to providing a welcoming and hospitable environment for all guests through diligent cleaning and service excellence.
