Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly Conduct floor care activities including carpet cleaning, buffing, and waxing to preserve flooring quality Manage outdoor work responsibilities like trash removal and outdoor surface cleaning when required Use proper manual handling techniques for heavy lifting of furniture, appliances, or cleaning equipment safely Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing specific cleaning needs Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping management Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and floor care methods Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work when necessary Strong time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Experience with laundry services and carpet or upholstery cleaning is preferred Prior hotel or custodial experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for all necessary skills Embark on a fulfilling career where your skills make a real impact!
