Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles; janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is highly valued Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing Strong understanding of sanitation standards and proper cleaning procedures to ensure health safety compliance Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
