Professional House Cleaner (1099 Independent Cleaner, choose your own hours)

• 30+ per hour You keep 100% of any tips Flexible scheduling — create your own schedule Part-time or full-time opportunities — choose which days you work Supportive management and clear expectations Long-term, steady work with great clients Schedule Daytime hours, typically 8:00 AM
• 6:00 PM for Residential cleaning.

Weekdays and/or weekends available (your choice) Job Responsibilities Perform residential houses including: Homes & apartments Post-construction cleans Airbnb & short-term rental turnovers Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, and common spaces Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, sanitizing, and detailing Assess the home before cleaning to set the clients expectation Must be able to work independently, work smart, work efficiently and with attention to detail Requirements 1+ year of professional cleaning experience (residential) Reliable transportation Smartphone with internet access Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Must be dependable, punctual, and professional Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment
