Experience preferred, but not necessary. Responsibilities Cleaning rooms includes making beds, dusting, vacuuming carpet, moping tile, removing all trash, disinfecting, countertops, sinks, tubs, toilets. Clean windows, mirrors, tables. Remove trash, and dirty linens Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms Maintain work areas and carts in a clean and safe manner. Guard against theft of privileged information. Secure and return key at end of shift. Turn in all Lost and Found items to security in a timely manner. Perform all job duties safely using personal protective equipment. Comply with all department policies/procedures and service guarantees. Attend all training classes as requested. Attend and participate in pre-shift department meetings. Perform other tasks as assigned by management. Deliver excellent customer service Record all serviced rooms Maintain equipment in good condition Report on any shortages, damages or security issues Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws Skills Experience preferred but not necessary.
