Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry services to ensure a welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all linens and towels are laundered, folded, and stored properly. Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen stock, notifying management when supplies are low. Follow established procedures for handling hazardous materials and cleaning chemicals. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns in a timely manner. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or custodial work is preferred but not required. Familiarity with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices is a plus. Experience in housekeeping management is beneficial for those looking to advance within the field. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A commitment to providing outstanding service in a hotel or similar environment is essential.
